Since this is a fresh deployment, the first visit should take you through creating the owner/admin account. Also make sure CapRover has HTTPS enabled for the Ghost app, because Ghost recommends the admin interface be served over HTTPS.

If /ghost/ gives you an error, redirect loop, or blank page, send me the error/screenshot — with CapRover the most common thing to check next is the Ghost url environment variable and CapRover's HTTPS/domain configuration.
